Westlake Grill & Heritage Ranch was operated by Joel Martens from 2010- 2025 (My Father). Over 15 years he operated out of this location. In this project folder you will see moments in time that were captured during the last 5 years of his operation. From Ranch trackers, to behind the scenes of the kitchen etc. I was able to capture behind scenes of his restaurant for an entire year eventually propelling me right into the service industry. Where I learned many service skills. From bartending to upselling higher priced items, and much more. I was extremely grateful for the opportunity at Westlake Grill & Heritage Ranch. No location can compare to everything that was happening here in the HEART OF RED DEER ALBERTA, truly a hidden gem.
